Tractor Trailer Crash on Route 24 NB in Brockton
This afternoon at 1:30 p.m., a tractor-trailer jack-knifed on Route 24 Northbound at Route 27 (exit 18) in Brockton. No injuries reported. The fuel tank of the tractor was ruptured. State Police Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Section (CVES), Mass DEP as well as Brockton Fire Department are on scene.
As of 3:00 p.m., only the breakdown lane was open as cleanup continues. Unknown duration of lane closure. Seek alternate route.
